Fixed price against a written scope. We run a short discovery first, write down the deliverables, and quote the whole job. If we underestimated the effort, that is ours to absorb rather than a change request sent to you.
You do. Source code, database schemas and documentation transfer to you at handover. There is no licence that stops working if you later take the system elsewhere.
That is most of what integration work is. We connect accounting, stock, point-of-sale and bespoke tools so they exchange data reliably, rather than proposing you replace everything at once.
A focused internal tool is usually four to eight weeks. Integration across several systems runs longer and is delivered in reviewable increments, so you see working software well before the end date.
You get documentation, training for the people who will use the system, and a named contact. Ongoing support is arranged separately so you are not locked into a retainer you do not need.
